Perhaps our fine resident urban economist can blog a quick review. Meantime, I'm reminded of another great advocate of cities, Frederic Bastiat. In his Economic Harmonies, Bastiat leads the reader to recognize the great wonders of the division of labor and the concentrations of it that cities nourish."
